A top US firm is hiring into its excellent Tech / IP / Cyber team.
The partners are looking for an associate in the 0.5-2 PQE bracket and the role will focus on IP, IT and cybersecurity work.
The team assists a wide range of international clients across various industries on technology projects, including in connection with large outsourcing deals, cloud contract and licensing arrangements. The department works closely with the corporate and private equity practice groups, advising on the technology, commercial and data protection related issues involved in complex transactions, including with respect to emerging issues in big data, artificial intelligence, internet of thing, health care, blockchains and fintech. The team also supports the firm's Disputes practice.
The firm's London office has a dedicated learning and development team that runs a training programme specifically for the London office, including a full junior programme to equip junior lawyers with all the knowledge they need to build a successful career in the law.
