Our client is a top US law firm, with an outstanding market reputation for Finance work.
The partners are looking for a mid-level Project Finance Associate to join the London office.
They are specifically interested in Finance lawyers who are keen to focus on Energy work - someone who is used to operating at a high level and who can take the lead on the first drafts of LMA / security documents etc. The team has a strong pool of juniors, so there will be support on both ends.
The work is all high-end finance – multi-billion-dollar deals on an international scale, often in the downstream oil and gas space.
Remuneration is top of the market.
