The work would involve transactional matters and corporate transactions in the TMT (technology, media and telecoms), financial services and energy sectors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university or equivalent for non UK
- UK qualified lawyer
- Pre-qualification training at leading City law firm having undertaken a corporate seat
