Our client is an international firm looking for a newly qualified Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate team in London to focus on Private Equity work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected team, known for having an entrepreneurial outlook and approach, and work on exciting deals both nationally and internationally.
Their Private Equity team provides advice throughout the investment lifecycle, from deal structuring to exit.
The right candidate will ideally have gained specific knowledge and experience of a range of Private Equity transactional work, although this is not a pre-requisite. They are also open to considering candidates with more in-depth experience within Mergers & Acquisitions work but with an appetite to broaden their experience. Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, they are looking to recruit a newly qualified lawyer, although will consider candidates with more experience. The firm offers good work life balance and good work environment.
