A top UK international firm is looking for a junior Corporate lawyer to join its growing London practice.
The role sits within the firm’s highly-regarded Corporate department and will cover a mixture of M&A (private and public), equity capital markets, joint venture, and venture capital / private equity matters.
The team is well ranked in all London legal directories and specifically known for its focus on the technology, IT, media, entertainment, sport, energy, utilities, life sciences and retail sectors. Clients range from technology start-ups to large and established companies that are household names.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Corporate Associate who is keen to maintain a broad practice. It’s a progressive team, with cutting-edge instructions from clients at the forefront of the tech industry.
