A pioneering UK international firm, with a burgeoning Finance practice, is looking for a junior-mid level Debt Capital Markets associate to join its innovative London group.
The role will encompass a broad variety of work, ranging from London listed secured bonds in the social housing sector, to sustainability-linked bonds, ENTM programmes (both secured and unsecured), CCFF financings, and private placements.
The current London practice is small, so this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial junior to join an expanding practice, which will offer high levels of responsibility and client exposure, as well as access to excellent training and development resources.
The partners are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience in running listing processes on a variety of stock exchanges, drafting offering circulars, reviewing capital markets documents, and general transaction management.
It’s a fantastic team / firm to be a part of, with approachable and collegiate partners, and a non-hierarchical structure. Associates are encouraged to be entrepreneurial and progressive from the outset, and the team is very social and supportive.
