A top 20 UK international firm, with a first-rate Real Estate Finance practice, is looking for up to three junior-mid level associates to join its renowned London group, which is currently in growth mode.
The role will involve working on a variety of Real Estate Finance matters, advising both lenders and borrowers, including family offices with real estate heavy portfolios and Private Equity Houses with lending arms.
The team has excellent training opportunities, with numerous know-how sessions, formal development programmes, and access to two PSLs.
Post Covid-19, the partners are clear that flexibility is key. The aim is to run a hybrid working model, where associates spend 50% of their time in the office and 50% of their time working from home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and technical lawyer to join a pioneering Real Estate Finance team. It’s a fantastic place to work, with approachable and collegiate partners, and a non-hierarchical structure.
