A top UK international firm, with a well-established Projects group, is looking for a mid-level (2-6 PQE) Associate to join its London practice.
The Projects team advises its clients across the full range of matters in the infrastructure and energy space, including project development, joint ventures, and M&A work.
The partners are particularly interested in hearing from associates who have significant experience in drafting commercial contracts within the infrastructure and energy sectors. They are also looking for someone who has acted on wider corporate and financing transactions with a construction, infrastructure and energy angle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and technically talented lawyer to join a leading City Projects practice, which can offer access to complex, high-value transactions within a supportive and collegiate environment.
