A top UK firm with an outstanding market reputation and working culture is looking for a junior (NQ-2 PQE) Associate to join its London Corporate Tax group.
The role will be broad, including advising on mid-market corporate/M&A and venture capital transactions, as well as advisory work across the firm's key sectors (including tech).
The team also advises clients in relation to business restructurings, commercial work, VAT, real estate, and finance matters.
The work often has an international element, so is well suited to someone who is keen to strengthen their expertise in this area.
The team is close-knit and hard-working, with partners being very hands-on, astute, friendly and approachable.
