EJ Legal has been exclusively instructed on two Real Estate Tax vacancies at a leading UK international firm.
Real Estate Tax is a burgeoning and rapidly flourishing practice area in the City, and this pioneering firm is looking for both an NQ - 5 PQE Associate (including March 2022 qualifiers) and a 5+ PQE Managing Associate / Legal Director to join its innovative London group.
The team acts for a variety of institutional investors, Real Estate Funds, listed and unlisted property companies, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the real estate sector, advising on the tax aspects of acquisitions and disposals of property and indirect real estate assets.
It’s a fantastic team to be a part of, with approachable and collegiate partners, and a non-hierarchical structure. Associates are encouraged to be entrepreneurial and progressive at all levels, and the team is very social and supportive.
