A leading UK global City firm is looking to expand its first-class Private Equity group.
The Role:
The partners are keen to hear from ambitious junior Corporate and/or Private Equity associates. They are open to applicants who come from both a general Corporate M&A or Private Equity background. Strong academics and training at a City / regional firm are required.
The Work:
The work will involve acting for Financial Sponsor Private Equity clients, including both private and public M&A (though mostly private). The team also advises numerous infrastructure and real estate funds, as well as larger alternative asset managers. Deal values range from £50m to $10bn and associates work on a range of transactions across all partners.
Development and Training:
The partners are very forward-thinking and place a huge focus on associate development and progression within the team. They are all very hands-on and will offer as much responsibility as someone wants or is ready for. There is an abundance of training opportunities, including foundation courses for juniors, ongoing technical training, and critical/soft skills training. There is a strong drive to upscale young and energetic associate talent from within.
Salary:
