The ideal candidate will have strong experience in securitisation and structured finance matters, including collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), asset-backed lending facilities, and other financing transactions across Europe and the US, gained within another top-tier City or US firm. Working closely with Partners, the role offers exposure to complex, cross-border transactions involving corporate debt, fund subscription facilities, private equity, and credit fund interests, including EU/UK risk retention compliant structures and captive equity funds.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership on client-facing work, collaborate on market-leading transactions, and develop within a dynamic, growing London practice.
