Commercial Litigation Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a high ranked Litigation team in a Silver Circle law firm in London on a 6-month contract.

About The Team
The Commercial Litigation team regularly handles high-value complex cases with ranked strength in corporate matters such as big-ticket shareholders, joint venture, and post-acquisition disputes.

About The Role

The successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal will provide hands on assistance with trial preparation for a large-scale matter.
  • Work on the whole litigation process from initiation to the attendance of court trials.
  • Handling client files and bundles.
  • Reviewing documents using relativity software.
  • Conducting and summarising legal research.
About You
  • Educated to LLB/PGDL level or equivalent.
  • Previous paralegal experience working in Commercial Litigation.
  • Ability to effectively manage high volume workloads.
  • Strong communication, written and editing skills.
