My client is a top 75 firm and is in growth, with Real Estate currently accounting for around 40% of their significant turnover - it is an area of real focus for them. They have an impressive client roster and as they continue to expand in London they are looking for a further commercial property partner to join the team. Whilst their work is predominantly landlord and investor based, they are open as to the client make-up of the incoming partner and would look at something more diverse such as a focus on healthcare or education. The key feature is the need to be a team-player. They do not want standalone practitioners as this will not fit with their strongly collegiate ethos. There is a clear path to equity on offer here as well as solid initial remuneration.
