Our client, leading City firm, is looking to hire a newly qualified Corporate lawyer to join its top tier Corporate practice.

This role will involve working on a range of M&A (both public and private) transactions, in particular, as well as Private Equity, ECM, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. The work is of very high quality, much of it cross-border / international, advising an impressive client base,. Junior Corporate Associates are given a broad spread of M&A deal experience, as well as Private Equity and other corporate work, assisting and working alongside a number of partners across the corporate group. Training is taken very seriously by the team - both “on the job” and formal – and there is a mentoring programme in place to ensure that each Corporate Associate is given the right amount and range of transactional experience.

Associates are also encouraged to build their client / networking skills in regular business development meetings and there are opportunities to go on secondment either overseas or to key clients.

Corporate NQs applying for this position will be completing their training within another highly regarded Corporate / M&A practice, and will have an excellent academic background and strong communication skills.
