Our client is an international firm ranked Tier 1 for Corporate Real Estate work looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in London.
They are looking for a Corporate M&A lawyer with an interest in Real Estate. Previous Real Estate experience is not necessary.
The work the team undertakes involves acquisitions and disposals (with an underlying real estate asset), investment and development joint ventures and restructuring.
The team is small and collegiate. You would be part of one of the best teams in the market for this type of work, be given plenty of support to integrate and progress in a friendly environment.
Career prospects and salary are very good.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years PQE and come from a strong Corporate team in the UK or another Common Law jurisdiction.
