An elite US firm are seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join them on an initial 12M FTC with scope to extend in London.
A Little About The Team:
You will be joining a specialist team of top international Real Estate Finance Lawyers, whose work spans all areas including mergers and acquisitions both public and private companies, portfolios, developments, assets and joint ventures, and debt acquisitions.
Real Estate Finance Paralegal’s Responsibilities:
A heavily banking focused role, the successful Real Estate Finance Paralegal will be supporting senior associates and partners on high value transactions, operating at close to trainee level, duties may include:
- Assisting with running and managing conditions precedent on large transactions, during deals to completion.
- Assisting with post completion security registrations at Companies House including searches and other formalities.
- Co-ordinating reports to clients, chasing internal teams on cross-departmental projects and sending out reports.
- Bibling promptly after deal close.
- Preparation of legal documents such as board resolutions and director’s certificates. Proofreading and updating documents, using initiative to flag queries.
- Liaising with clients and external high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 years’ previous Real Estate/Property Finance experience ideally from a law firm environment.
- Ability to get stuck in with busy workload with minimal direct supervision, need to be confident in your Real Estate Finance skills.
- Keen to grow and gain trainee level experience.
