A small Family Office are looking to recruit their first legal counsel on a part time basis. This role will be based in their new Soho offices and will allow you great autonomy and input into the business. The business currently employs a total of 6 people so you should be comfortable working with a small team in a highly entrepreneurial and close knit environment. The Founder and CEO is still very much involved in the day to day running of the business and you should expect to have regular communication with him as well as all members of the business.

The role is very broad and will cover all aspects of the business however the most relevant background will be either a corporate or finance background. You should also be comfortable working closely with external counsel and having exposure to areas of the law you may not necessarily be hugely experienced in.
