We are working with a leading international law firm, recognised for its high-quality employment practice, who are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their growing team. This role would suit a candidate with extensive employment tribunal experience who is confident managing their own caseload and acting for Respondents throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy employment tribunal caseload from ACAS Early Conciliation through to final hearing
- Drafting key documentation including risk assessments, pleadings, witness statements and schedules
- Compiling and managing disclosure and tribunal bundles
- Preparing cases for preliminary and final hearings
- Maintaining regular and professional communication with clients, providing clear updates and practical advice
- Working autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider team
About you:
- Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm or similar setting
- Extensive employment tribunal experience is essential
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
