The role:
- Review, draft, and negotiate client and candidate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to finalize transactions.
- Advise on international compliance queries and manage compliance risks.
- Assist with legal and compliance projects, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and deliver legal training and enforce best practices.
The successful applicant will be a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and compliance. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams. Your proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently make you an invaluable asset to the legal team.
