In-House Paralegal

A recruitment company in the City of London is seeking a skilled In-House Paralegal. The role involves reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, providing international compliance advice, and supporting commercial litigation. The paralegal will manage legal risks and guide business decisions.

The role:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate client and candidate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to finalize transactions.
  • Advise on international compliance queries and manage compliance risks.
  • Assist with legal and compliance projects, litigation, and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver legal training and enforce best practices.
About you:
The successful applicant will be a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and compliance. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams. Your proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently make you an invaluable asset to the legal team.

  • Legal degree.
  • Proactive, organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Confident and independent worker.
  • Prior experience in legal practice (private or in-house).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels within the organization.
In return:
