This is a newly created, part-time role (3 days per week) designed for an experienced Employment lawyer or existing Knowledge professional who enjoys combining technical excellence with collaboration and innovation. This is a Hybrid working role (2 days office / 1 day remote)
You’ll play a key role in shaping how knowledge is delivered within a growing and ambitious practice, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of legal and market developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining know-how resources and internal precedents
- Monitoring legal developments and advising the team on practical implications
- Designing and delivering training for fee earners
- Contributing to internal communications, updates, and knowledge strategy initiatives
About you:
- UK-qualified solicitor with strong experience in Employment law
- Degree-qualified with a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent)
- Training and post-qualification experience gained at a top City or leading international law firm
- Ideally with experience in contentious Partnership matters
- Prior experience as a KDL/PSL is welcome, but applications are also encouraged from Employment lawyers seeking to transition into a knowledge-focused role
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
