A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Banking Paralegal to join a large City firm's well renowned Banking team on a full-time, permanent position.
Their team of experts in international Banking provides clients with guidance on a wide range of financing transactions in numerous industries, many of which involve multiple jurisdictions.
The Role:
Responsibilities for a Banking Paralegal include:
- Close collaboration with Associates and Partners in the Banking Team.
- Reviewing contracts.
- Supporting numerous corporate finance transactions, including recapitalizations and initial public offerings (IPOs).
- Exercises in due diligence.
- Creating documentation to support deals and manage virtual data rooms.
- Speaking with internal and outside counsel as well as clients.
- Occasional corporate secretarial tasks, like communicating with Companies House.
About You:
The ideal Banking Paralegal will demonstrate:
- Law degree or equivalent is necessary.
- At least 3 months, Banking, Corporate, or Finance experience.
- Desire to expand on transactional experience.
