Paralegal Manager - Liverpool
A top 20 UK firm are looking for a Paralegal Manager who can manage the day to day operations of the firm’s Paralegals throughout their London and Liverpool offices.
The role will involve managing and growing the Liverpool team of generalist and specialist paralegals across the firm's Practice Areas working alongside our partners, associates, PSLs, Litigation Support managers, trainees and legal support teams across all our UK offices.
The suitable candidate will undertake an element of fee earning work, initially spending the balance of their time setting up and growing the team, embedding best practice and increasing revenue attributable to the paralegal team. There will be a shift to focus on fee earning when the team is established, enabling you to demonstrate best practice in fee earning capability.
The firm’s preference is for somebody that is a qualified Lawyer who has at least 6 months experience of managing Paralegals on a day to day basis.
