The Role:
- Managing and developing know-how and precedents
- Monitoring legal updates and circulating current awareness
- Supporting training programmes and client materials
- Assisting fee-earners with technical queries
You’ll join a small, high-performing KM team supporting a market-leading PE/M&A practice.
The Candidate:
- UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE
- Strong PE / Private M&A background
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Open to existing PSLs or fee-earners/in-house lawyers looking to move into KM
