Well known international law firm is recruiting for a private equity associate to join their team in London

The team is headed up by five partners and is particularly strong for mid-market deals work (deals up to £500 million in value). The firm is well known within technology, life-sciences and healthcare and so many of the clients and deals originate from these sectors. The firm also boasts a strong venture capital practice, which complements the private equity team.

As an associate you will have exposure to high-value, complex, cross-border deals, that often make headlines. 

To apply for this position you must be a UK qualified associate with between 2 and 6 years' experience in private equity. You should be coming from another top tier UK or US firm in the City/regions. Strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree) are essential.
