A prestigious international firm has instructed us on an exciting opportunity. Seeking to expand its Property Litigation team, the partners are seeking to hire a junior Property Litigation Associate.

OVERVIEW:

The award-winning firm has an exceptional reputation and is well-ranked in legal directories. Their Commercial Property Litigation team has a wide range of clients, representing them in High Court litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and coordinating proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires the Property Litigation Associate to focus on a range of Commercial Property Litigation work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on property-related professional negligence and insolvency litigation matters
Do some residential property litigation work (the split is 90% commercial and 10% residential)
Run some of your own cases

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent academics
Good commercial property litigation experience from a strong City or top-tier regional firm
Strong interest in property law and litigation
