I am working with a leading full service law firm in London who is looking for an Associate to join their Real Estate team in London. Clients include Residential Developers and National House Builders, Investment Funds, Entrepreneurs and Housing Associations undertaking large high profile developments, urban regeneration projects and Joint Ventures. My client has acted on major regeneration and development schemes in London and beyond for over 25 years and advise many of the leading residential and commercial developers in the UK. They work with major real estate investment funds, private equity investors and commercial landlords as well as leading retail brand occupiers.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4PQE with a background in a wide range of commercial real estate matters and be keen to join a firm that offers a broad scope of work and types of client.
