A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the market leading Real Estate Department of a leading London firm.
 
The team:
The firm’s Real Estate Department are well-known for its services which includes planning, construction, residential and property litigation. The team advises developers, entrepreneurs, companies and high net worth individuals, working with many household names. The team is known for being friendly and collaborative and offers flexible working. The firm have a fantastic reputation for promoting Paralegals up to trainee roles, and the Paralegals are given a good level of responsibility.
 
The role:
The successful Real Estate Paralegal can look forward to:
  • Supporting the team on transactions
  • Drafting documentations
  • Conducting research
  • Attending client meetings
  • Managing files and documentation to ensure the smooth running of property transactions
 
About you:
  • A Paralegal with a minimum of six months’ experience within a real estate team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
