*Property Litigation 1PQE+ High profile firm in London

A high profile and popular City firm, with expertise in litigation, our client is looking to hire an additional property litigation associate as part of the continued growth of its high net worth residential property practice within the firm’s broader commercial property disputes group. The partners are looking for a bright, entrepreneurial and assertive property litigator, preferably with at least 1PQE gained within another firm (either City or regional) with a reputation for its property litigation practice. Preferably candidates will have had some exposure to disputes relating to very high value residential land, as well as good practical litigation experience (such as, eg, servicing notices) and will be looking for more of a focus in the area and to play an integral role in the future growth of a highly regarded practice, which deals with a great variety of complex, meaty disputes relating to high value freehold and leasehold land (from apartments in central London to landed estates).
