The work will involve:
- Standalone advisory work such as structuring pay packages, incentive plans and termination payments for main board directors and employees and clawing back pay when things go wrong; and
- Advising on corporate transactions, private equity deals, and disputes and investigations
The ideal candidate will have trained at a top City firm, have excellent academics (2:1 degree minimum) and have experience within a reputable incentives team.
