We have been instructed on a new Corporate M&A and Private Equity role with a top US law firm in London.
They are looking for a 2-5 PQE Corporate Associate to join a supportive and collegiate team working on large cross border deals in a variety of sectors.
This is an opportunity to obtain some technical hands on experience in an entrepreneurial team with lots of interesting deals.
They are open to candidates from US law firms, top City firms and regional firms and foreign qualified candidates from Common Law jurisdictions. You will have excellent academics (2:1 degree minimum).
