We are currently recruiting for an international City law firm an NQ-4 PQE Pensions Disputes Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked Pensions team in London.
The Pensions Disputes and Contentious Trusts team sits within the Employment Pensions and Private Wealth Department.
The team handles various kinds of pensions related disputes, with particular aptitude in achieving results in alternative dispute resolution and mediations. The team has acted in many of the leading cases in the industry and before the highest courts. The team's clients range from pension scheme trustees to sponsoring employers; from multi-nationals and banks to charities and not-for-profits; from actuaries and scheme administrators to lawyers and documentation providers.
