A rare and exciting new role has arisen from a renowned International law firm who are seeking a Sustainable Finance Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.
The Team -
Providing best-in-market support to the firm’s financial institution clients, with transactions that promote good governance and positive social and environmental impact, the team advises on a spectrum of finance and investments both nationally and internationally to support healthy growth for the economy.
Responsibilities & Duties -
Supporting the Co-Heads of the practice on a wide range of sustainable finance and investment client matters, duties can include:
- Drafting notes of client advice and research and internal precedents and guidance.
- Supporting developments in the sustainable financing & investing sector, creating first drafts of articles/though leaderships.
- Providing support to fee-earners on sustainable finance transactions.
- Supporting the production, development, and update of precent forms.
- Managing precedent documents and ESG T&Cs.
- Liaising with clients.
- Experience with sustainable finance and ESG.
- We encourage those with hands on finance, banking, investment, or corporate transactions experience to apply.
- Knowledge or a keen interest in ESG and sustainability, this can be demonstrated by practical experience or academic.
- Happy to work with a high amount of responsibility, supporting senior fee-earners.
