You are a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with several years post-qualified experience looking for a senior position in an award-winning IP firm with a reputation for client excellence.

You should possess demonstrable experience of leading on a full range of trade mark matters including: opposition work, trade mark clearance, filing and prosecution, dispute resolution, portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement.

As a commercially astute Trade Mark Attorney, you also seek growth with your own professional development and are open to new ideas, being confident with initiating and implementing projects that galvanise the performance of team members as well as your own.
This internationally renowned Trade Marks team were recently awarded the UK Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year at the WTR Global IP Awards, and are ranked in the top tier in the legal directories Legal 500, Chambers, MIP and WTR.

In addition to their UK presence, they have a European team that provides a seamless service to clients on a pan-European and global scale.

The firm now have a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Counsel-level Attorney to join the London team. This is a unique opportunity where you will be supported in developing and growing your own practice with clear career progression. You’ll be given the opportunity to lead on the full spectrum of Trade Mark matters, working for a rich variety of clients.  You’ll also be encouraged to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team, so experience of managing others would be advantageous (but not essential).

Experience of handling litigious cases would also be desirable, so this role may similarly appeal to Trade Mark Attorneys who are also qualified as a UK Solicitor, or have attained the Litigators Certificate.

If you’re looking for a role with a difference, where you can genuinely add value to an established Trade Mark practice group, then get in touch for an informal conversation at:  jamesd@ejgroup.co.uk
