The team:
The Commercial team sits within the Corporate Department, advising a broad range of domestic and multi-national businesses in every aspect of the manufacture and supply of goods and the provision of services. The team provides commercial support to other teams in the firm. Paralegals are given a good level of responsibility and are often given projects to run with. The firm have a fantastic reputation for promoting Paralegals up to trainee roles.
The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward:
- Reviewing commercial contracts
- Conducting due diligence
- Reporting on corporate matters
- Managing data rooms
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with basic data protection issues
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Strong academics
- Prior Paralegal experience essential, particularly in commercial contracts or corporate law
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent drafting, presentation and communication skills
