We are working with a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Paralegal for its busy and well-established property litigation team.
The Role:
This is a standout opportunity for a paralegal who is genuinely committed to specialising in commercial property litigation and is looking for high-quality Qualifying Work Experience.
The role is almost entirely focused on commercial property disputes, many of which are complex, hard-fought matters involving assets and claims worth several millions of pounds. This is an unusually hands-on paralegal role and offers genuine involvement in live cases.
You will also gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation matters, including:
- Easements and rights of way
- Adverse possession claims
- Disrepair disputes
- Lease interpretation issues
- Tenant defaults
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong academics (ideally a First-class degree from a leading university)
- At least 6 months’ commercial property litigation experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, determined and hard-working approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine desire to learn and develop as a property litigator
