We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join a leading asset management firm in North London.
The firm are widely recognised as one of the market leaders in the asset management field, operating on behalf of landlords and managing both freehold and leasehold property transactions.
They are now looking for a Property Paralegal to join their legal department and assist the team with a variety of transactions including lease extensions and deeds of variation. Typical day-to-day tasks will include completing Land Registry applications and carrying out due diligence.
The firm are looking for a Property Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months’ experience within residential or commercial property. Experience with leases and deeds of variation would be highly beneficial. The firm have an agile working from home policy in place and can offer a highly competitive salary and other benefits.
